beaver-lake-fishing-webIf fishing in BC is your passion Princeton Castle Resort is your best choice for accommodation while you enjoy your days out on one of our 49 lakes that surround the resort. Andy’s Lake is the furthest from the resort and is just over an hour away and the closest lake is Martin’s Lake just 10 minutes away . All of the lakes are swimming with Rainbow trout and some have Brook trout for a little variety.

Winter or summer you can be assured you’ll have plenty of gorgeous spots to choose from. Fishing in British Columbia and especially in the Princeton area of BC it is truly a magnificent experience with our lovely hot summers and cold winters.

Trolling, fly fishing or spin casting there is something for everyone in our beautiful valley.

Princeton Castle Resort BC has the information you need to help make your vacation the most enjoyable one ever. If ice fishing is your passion you will surely want to bundle yourself up and make the short drive to almost any of the 49 lakes. (for more info see Princeton Castle Resort – activities) Should you be an adventuresome sort there are a few lakes that are accessible only by foot or snowmobile in the winter. Take your camping coffee pot and have a shore lunch dining on the fresh fish you just caught.

While enjoying the great BC outdoors be sure to gaze around and enjoy all the magnificent scenery and of course when fishing be alert to the loons that are just waiting for you to catch their lunch for them.
